Dr. Michael Crowley is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. He has been living in Las Vegas, as a practicing physician, for over two decades. Dr. Crowley prides himself on his ability to put patients at ease.
Dr. Crowley earned his undergraduate degree from Claremont Men’s College. He attended medical school at the University of Rochester and did his Anesthesia Residency at the University of Arizona. Dr. Crowley has been part of the team at Smith Plastic Surgery for over ten years and is noted for his attention to detail.
When Dr. Crowley isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His family and his faith are the most important things to him, though he also admits to a love of Asian cuisine. His favorite foods are sushi, congee and kimchi.
Heidi earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) as well as her RN from Southern Utah University. After graduating in December 2008, she moved to Vegas and began working for Dr. Smith in March 2009. It’s the best job in the world, according to Heidi. She absolutely loves working with such a skilled surgeon, and it is very rewarding to see how surgery can impact a patient's life.
In her free time Heidi loves traveling to new places, spending a day on the lake water skiing and, of course, spending time with her husband and baby boy.
Originally from New York, Constance graduated from St. John's University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management with a double minor in business and marketing. She moved to Las Vegas several years ago with her family.
After having worked as an event planner, Constance decided to follow her dream to become a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Kaplan College as Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude with an Associate degree in Nursing and joined Smith Plastic Surgery. "I am thrilled to be part of such an amazing operating room team and to work with such an incredibly gifted surgeon as Dr. Smith,” Constance says. “Our office is like a home away from home and every day I look forward to working with all the wonderful people who make up Smith Plastic Surgery!"
For fun, Constance enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching sports. She is a huge New York Islanders fan, and though she cannot attend games here in Las Vegas, she still enjoys watching hockey.
In her five years as an LPN, Bree has worked in labor and delivery as well as plastic surgery. She is responsible for assisting Dr. Smith with pre-operative and post-operative care.
Bree spends her free time with her children and also stays actively involved with charity events.
Bryan holds a surgical technician training certificate from Concorde Career College in California, as well as training certificates for lab assistant, EKG technician and medical assistant from the College of the Canyons - Santa Clarita WorkSource.
He has a large family that includes six children and one grandchild. He says his favorite moments are spent with family! Bryan also loves coaching youth football in the community, and he is involved with various fundraising events to raise money for elementary schools in the Las Vegas area.
Shannon is one of our medical assistants and the medical assistant team leader in our office. She works with Dr. Smith to ensure the post-operative process is as smooth as possible. Although she was born in Arizona, she grew up in Las Vegas. She graduated from Academy of Healing Arts in 2010 and, shortly after, began working at Smith Plastic Surgery.
Shannon is married and has two daughters and a son. She says her favorite moments are spent with her children. She also loves watching football with the family and indulging in Mexican food, chocolate and coffee.
Desiree is one of our medical assistants. She is responsible for assisting Dr. Smith with patient care and also for ordering supplies. She grew up outside of Denver, Colorado and has been with Smith Plastic Surgery since 2014. Desiree graduated from Heritage College in 2003 and previously worked in family practice, dermatology, and pain management.
One of her favorite hobbies is watching baseball, especially when the St. Louis Cardinals are playing. Her father is her role model, and she prides herself in being a total daddy’s girl. She loves indulging in Chick-fil-A, spending time with her children and four nephews and nieces. On weekends, she loves getaways to San Diego to see her nephews and an occasional girl's night out for dinner and a movie.
Since her family lives in California, Desiree considers her co-workers her family. She says she feels blessed to have such a rewarding job where she can work with some of her favorite people in Las Vegas.
Jessica is a patient coordinator and a long-time member of the Smith Plastic Surgery team. In her words, "It has been an honor to grow and thrive with Dr. Smith and our practice."
Although Jessica feels her co-workers are her extended family, her heart ultimately belongs to her husband and daughter. She devotes her free time to enjoying her family, hosting BBQs, family outings and events.
Sherese is one of our patient coordinators. She graduated Aesthetic school in 2008 and has a background in business ownership, chiropractic services, aesthetics (Day Spa & Medi-Spa) and plastic surgery. In late 2014, she moved to Las Vegas and joined our team at Smith Plastic Surgery. She says her favorite part of working in this field is “the transformation that takes place with each patient's reflection of one's self.”
Born and raised in California, Sherese is the proud mother of two adult children. She enjoys entertaining friends at home and making road trips back to California to see family. She is a strong proponent for Relay for Life Breast Cancer Awareness and previously participated in their annual events when she lived in California.
Jessica is one of our patient coordinators. She was born in California but grew up in Las Vegas and graduated high school in 2008. Jessica speaks Spanish and previously worked as a medical assistant. Jessica says she loves being able to work with a fun and friendly staff.
She is married, has two daughters and loves spending all her free time with her family.
A Las Vegas native and relative newcomer to the staff, Joey has been friends with the doctors at Smith Plastic Surgery for many years. Formerly self-employed, he says, “I enjoy being part of a team, working together with people with a common goal. Additionally, I like the challenge of working in a new industry.” (His previous career included advertising, design and animation.)
Joey especially loves to travel, though he also enjoys sports and socializing around town with friends. He has four sisters, the youngest of whom also lives in Las Vegas, and he and his wife have a corgi named Oreo.
As interim practice manager, Jennifer is instrumental in guiding the patient experience at Smith Plastic Surgery. Thanks to her small-town roots and gracious Southern sensibilities, Jennifer is an expert at ensuring our patients feel welcomed and comfortable in our office.
Jennifer worked for one of the largest-growing cosmetic surgery practices in the Southeast before joining Dr. Smith's team. Prior to that, she worked for a business-to-business marketing and communications firm for more than 11 years.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she was the Harvey Smith Award winner for outstanding performance in marketing. In addition, she graduated first in her class with a M.A. in public and private management from Birmingham-Southern College.
Jennifer has been published in Plastic Surgery Practice and Surge, a publication of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She has also been published in Advice Media. She is a regular speaker for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery's and the Foundation for Facial Aesthetic Surgery's annual symposiums.
In addition to her role at Smith Plastic Surgery, Jennifer serves as a consultant to multiple medical practices, serves as president of the Board of Directors for the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation and chairs their communications committee. She also chaired the practice management program at the 2014 and 2015 American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery annual conferences.
Although her career has been both successful and rewarding, Jennifer says her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to two boys and wife of 16 years.
